Resurrecting Woolly Mammoths, Ramses II, and Helium.
The world is going to get exponential.
We’ve been through this massive shift before during the late 19th to early 20th century - the Second Industrial Revolution.
Railroads were being built from America’s end to end, allowing the transportation of goods, people, and ideas between states rapidly.
Messages were being sent transatlantic for the first time through the telegraph, allowing for instantaneous communication.
Electricity was being applied everywhere: lights, factories, home appliances. Power efficiency grew many folds.
It was an explosion in innovation.
And we are now entering a new Industrial Revolution, one that will be even greater.
Space exploration will be the new transportation frontier, allowing us to travel to planets and discover more land and minerals outside our own.
VR will be a new form of communication. By including our own avatar and movement (or however you want to express yourself), we expand our communication with one another. It won’t be just a place for entertainment, but to conduct work as well.
AI will be the new electricity; we will apply it anywhere. Robotics, software development, creative works. Mental efficiency will grow many folds.
The future is looking bright.
What’s On The Menu?
Woolly mammoths are being resurrected by 2027.
DNA-infused computer chips could be new AI breakthrough.
Drinkable water made from hot air.
Statue of Ramses II found in Egypt.
Massive helium reservoir discovered in Minnesota.

Scientists Close to Resurrecting the Woolly Mammoth by 2027.
TL;DR:
De-extinction company Colossal Biosciences is nearing its goal of resurrecting the woolly mammoth using a newly developed gene-editing technique.
They've successfully created induced pluripotent stem cells from an Asian elephant, a 99.6% DNA match to the woolly mammoth, which may allow the creation of sperm and egg cells.
The ultimate goal is to create a "functional mammoth" and reintroduce it to its ancient ecosystem.
So what…?
Woolly mammoth rides, woolly mammoth sweaters, and woolly mammoth meat (just kidding).
It not only brings us a step closer to resurrecting extinct species, but it also potentially contributes to better understanding genetics and could have significant impact on current biology studies and conservation efforts, particularly for endangered species.

New Computer Chip Made With DNA Could Be An AI Breakthrough.

TL;DR:
A newly introduced DNA-infused computer chip presents a promising potential for AI models.
The chip incorporates a DNA substrate for calculations and large-scale data management in one component, which makes storing and processing of data more efficient and could accelerate AI model training.
Big whoop, and…?
This development in DNA-infused computing can fundamentally reshape our technological landscape, driving faster, more efficient computations and data storage.
By also putting more focus in DNA technology, it will accelerate our knowledge of the domain and further expand our capabilities of manipulating it for the better.

Researchers Unveil Breakthrough Device Turning Hot Air into Drinkable Water.
TL;DR:
Researchers from the University of Texas have developed a device that uses a molecularly engineered hydrogel to extract potable water from the atmosphere using solar energy.
The device can produce up to 1.82 gallons of water per kilogram of gel materials subject to humidity conditions.
Who cares…?
Given that water scarcity is a pressing global issue, this device could seriously change lives by providing a sustainable and efficient solution for clean and drinkable water in arid, hot regions.
Plus, it’ll be one more reason to ditch commercialized bottled waters.

Archaeologists Find Missing Top Half Of Ramses II Statue in Egypt.

ooooh, that’s where i put this thing
TL;DR:
The top half of Egyptian pharaoh Ramses II's limestone statue has been discovered by an Egyptian-US team in Southern Egypt.
This finding completes the statue, whose bottom half was discovered nearly 100 years ago by German archaeologist Gunther Roeder in the same area.
The top half, which is 3.8 metres tall, reveals Ramses II's head, shoulders, and upper torso. Once combined, the statue will stand at a total height of seven meters.
Why does this matter…?
Well first of all, it’s just nice to put things where they belong.
It also helps provide a comprehensive understanding of Ramses II’s history and contributes knowledge of the historical legacy of ancient Egypt.

Scientists Discovered A Massive Reservoir Of Helium Beneath Minnesota.
TL;DR:
Researchers have discovered a large helium gas reservoir in Minnesota's Iron Range, potentially the biggest in North America.
The exploration was carried out by Pulsar Helium Inc, and the gas was found to have an extraordinarily high concentration of helium, more than 12.4%.
The ability of the site to support large-scale extraction and supply depends on the size of the reservoir, still under assessment.
And that means…?
This discovery will alleviate global helium scarcity, which is intensifying due to its overuse in sectors like rockets, nuclear reactors, superconductors, and medical diagnostic equipment.
